Trump Nominating a Supreme Court Justice | Constitution Corner

The Democratic Party is against President Trump and the Republicans in the Senate moving forward with replacing the late Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsberg. The Constitution states in Article II, Section 2: “ [The President] shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint…Judges of the Supreme Court.” It doesn’t get more simple than that. Don’t just know your Constitution, Live it!
