Late last week many millions of Americans may have felt that they dodged a bullet when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled against a federal jab mandate for employees in companies of 100 or more workers.

But did they?  After all, the flip side of this is that the Court upheld a mandate for health care workers of employers who receive federal funds.  Plus, the court didn’t seem to mind at all to uphold a mandate, as long as Congress voted it in.  We’ll explore the court’s decision and what it could mean to you in today’s Analysis Behind the News, where we provide the perspective and the plan to save American liberty and independence.

As the media was screaming about the newest COVID-19 variant, there was a virtual summit held by President Biden to help advance “democracy” that involved 111 countries. China and Russia were not invited, and both spent time trolling the event on social media.

We’ll compare Biden’s so-called democracy and China’s move to reshape the New World Order in its own image. You’ll find there’s not much difference, and that both are an attack on the American form of government and the individual freedom we all enjoy. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals strikes again!  This time, again on a Saturday, it reaffirmed its stay order from the previous week to stop the Biden administration from implementing a COVID-19 vaccine mandate through OSHA.

The same week our interview with Dr. Robert Malone went viral on Rumble, who called the vaccinations the “largest experiment on human beings in the history of the world.”

Yet, during the same week, 30 Democrats wrote a letter to President Biden encouraging him to impose a vaccine mandate on domestic air travel prior to the holidays.  They wrote, “Many Americans remain reluctant to spending extended periods of time in enclosed public

spaces due to the risk of COVID-19 exposure.”  They say a mandate would help the tourism and hospitality industries to recover faster.

So, where do you stand on this?  Shall we mandate the American people?  Perhaps our children, too?
