How You Can Lift Lockdowns

News reports indicate that all 50 states are in a transition period of releasing their COVID-19 Wuhan virus lockdowns. WalletHub recently updated their online study of states with the fewest restrictions. One of the biggest changes was that Wisconsin moved up 32 positions from being ranked #34 to now #2, just behind South Dakota.
