In this presentation, constitutional attorney and scholar Joe Wolverton will discuss the constitutional principle of nullification and how the U.S. Constitution grants only certain, limited powers to the federal government. Mr. Wolverton will expound on the following points:
- Each state is a sovereign body.
- The powers not delegated to the United States are reserved to the states and people.
- American should study the Federalist Papers.
- Americans must return to being a moral and religious people.
