Robert Brown will speak on two important topics: “Historical Precedent of an Article V Convention” and “Nullification and Effective Action”
The U.S. Constitution is under attack. Powerful forces are seeking to abolish it — along with its protections of our God-given rights and limitations on government power. Although often framed as a “conservative” solution to big government, an Article V constitutional convention (or Con-Con) actually would entrench and legalize the federal government’s many unconstitutional usurpations. Constitutional scholar Robert Brown will discuss why a Con-Con is so dangerous and explain how nullification is the right method to rein in government.
