“Seven Steps to Take Back Our Elections” Presented by Dr. Douglas G. Frank

Dr. Frank has been working with hundreds of grassroots county groups across our nation to restore integrity in our elections. In this presentation, he explains why we have lost our elections and what it will take to restore them. He also discusses why a county-level effort — rather than relying on state legislatures — is needed to restore our elections. If a committed team can be assembled, Dr. Frank will continue to work with them to help achieve integrity where they live.

In this presentation, constitutional attorney and scholar Joe Wolverton will discuss the constitutional principle of nullification and how the U.S. Constitution grants only certain, limited powers to the federal government. Mr. Wolverton will expound on the following points:

• The powers not delegated to the United States are reserved to the states and people.
• American should study the Federalist Papers.
• Americans must return to being a moral and religious people.
