You’re invited to attend a four-part workshop for the Constitution Is the Solution six-part series. Each session will include roughly 90 minutes of the six-part series. We will provide you with a practical, common-sense understanding of how the Constitution was intended to limit government, not citizens. This understanding will equip you to work with others to solve many of the problems Americans face every day that were created by big government.

  • Part 1: The Dangers of a Democracy
  • Part 2: Enumerated vs. Unlimited Power
  • Part 3: Constitutional Economics, Constitutional Money
  • Part 4: Constitutional War Powers and the Enemy Within
  • Part 5: Exposing the Enemies of Freedom
  • Part 6: Restoring the Constitution and Taking Effective Action. We are The John Birch Society

These classes are recommended for adults and students (middle school or older). It’s a great opportunity for students to earn Civics credits!

The Constitution Is the Solution Workshop

You’re invited to attend a six-part workshop for the Constitution Is the Solution six-part series. Each session will include one session of the six-part series. We will provide you with a practical, common-sense understanding of how the Constitution was intended to limit government, not citizens. This understanding will equip you to work with others to solve many of the problems Americans face every day that were created by Big Government.


Part 4: Constitutional War Powers and the Enemy Within

In part 4, we discuss key principles of our founding documents and compare those to the global institution, the United Nations. One of those key principles is declaring war. We also discuss what the constitutional war powers are and how they are to be used in contrast to the practice of today.
