The Constitution is the Solution — Presented by Robert Brown

Activists across the country are engaged in a battle — one side is pushing for an Article V Constitutional Convention, while the other side is advocating for Nullification to stop federal usurpations. Constitutional scholar Robert Brown lays out and dismantles the arguments for an Article V Convention and offers historical perspective regarding the 1787 Constitutional Convention. He also discusses the role of Congress and critiques the rhetoric of Article V supporters. Learn about the dangers and disadvantages of a “Con-Con,” and what solutions are currently working to rein in our out-of-control government.

The Constitution Is the Solution Series

Part 1 – The Dangers of Democracy

You’re invited to attend a 6-part workshop that will provide you with a practical, common-sense understanding of how the Constitution was intended to limit government, not citizens. This understanding will equip you to work with others to solve many of the problems Americans face every day that were created by Big Government.

The Dangers of Democracy lecture will show you how there are no governmental limitations in a democracy, which is why our Founding Fathers did not establish the U.S. as a democracy. Instead, America was founded as a Republic, which has governmental limitations and is ruled by law.
