Members of the New York State Legislature are seeking to enact legislation that would further erode medical freedom.
Assembly Bill A276B (A276B) and Senate Bill S762A (S762A) are respectively sponsored by 17 assemblymen and nine senators.
If enacted, these bills would allow vaccines and other treatments intended to prevent sexually-transmitted diseases to be administered to minors without parental knowledge or consent. These bills severely threaten parents’ ability to choose which vaccines their children get and — more broadly — parental rights.
Additionally, Assembly Bill A7154 (A7154) and Senate Bill S1531 (S1531) have been introduced. If enacted, they would require vaccinations administered in the state to be reported to either a state, NYC, or regional vaccine registry. Currently, it is optional to report such vaccinations.
A7154 and S1531 are a dangerous step toward a mandatory vaccine database, which would enable the government to implement and enforce a vaccine-passport system. As we saw during Covid, government officials across the country violated the Constitution and infringed upon Americans’ God-given freedoms — A7154 and S1531 would greatly assist any future efforts by those officials.
Since Covid-19 began, all levels of government have blatantly disregarded the Constitution and imposed a wide range of unprecedented and totalitarian restrictions. If freedom-loving Americans are to stop and prevent the imposition of a biomedical security state — whether now or in the future — it is imperative that citizens push back, rein in these government entities, and ensure they cease to violate our constitutional liberties.
Urge your state legislators to oppose A276B, S762A, A7154, and S1531, and to take strong action to protect individuals from any type of vaccine tyranny.
