Is a Constitutional Convention a Bad Idea?
A constitutional convention is a bad idea. This is true not only due to uncertainties over how many votes each state would have, but primarily because such a convention would be able to completely rewrite the Constitution. Rewriting the Constitution would endanger our rights.
