Britain joined the European Economic Community in 1973 as a free-trade arrangement. What they didn’t realize was the political integration scheme; better know as the European Union that they would need to fight tooth and nail to get out of. If America isn’t careful, it to can get sucked into a similar scheme. Now that the USMCA has passed, the next major deal all Americans should be concerned with is the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership, or T-TIP.
