Wyoming Legislators Defeat “Convention of States” resolution for Article V Constitutional Convention
After hard work by local John Birch Society members and chapters in Wyoming, tirelessly informing their state legislators about the dangers of a federal constitutional convention (Con-Con), under Article V, a majority of Wyoming state representatives completely obliterate a “Convention of States” (COS)-backed Con-Con resolution, Senate Joint Resolution No. SJ0011 (SJ0011) of 2023.
