An Article V Convention: Can It Be Limited?
Promoters of an Article V convention claim that the convention would be limited to the specific amendment proposals of state applications, but they choose to ignore the unavoidable risk that such a convention could easily become a runaway convention that could rewrite the entire Constitution.
Which begs the question: Is our present Constitution flawed or is it just not being followed?
