Wow, what a week for news. After learning of Trump’s positive COVID-19 test, the news coverage swung wildly from who would take over in the case of incapacitation or death to calling Trump’s car ride around Walter Reed Medical Center criminal and irresponsible.
It seems the media were salivating at the possibility that some harm would come to him and then were mad when he took a victory lap. All of this within the span of about 72 hours.
But we want to know if this experience will change him. Will it make him more appreciative of liberty or will it lead him to embrace the liberty-robbing, heavy-handed measures of government?
