ERA Disregards the “Rule of Law”

In an attempt to the  Equal Rights Amendment into the Constitution, the House of Representatives has proposed H.R. 79, which would remove the original 1972 deadline and make the ERA open for ratification. Aside from the fact that the ERA is a dangerous amendment to begin with, imagine how this could affect future proposed amendments and a Constitutional Convention!
