On Feb 17th, there was a committee hearing for Senate Resolution 29 in Georgia. GA SR29 is a Resolution applying for a convention of the states under Article V for the purpose of Balancing the Budget. Besides pushing this bill, some GA Senators are promoting the approval of this bill as the 34th state needed to officially call a Constitutional Convention.
