What Virginia is experiencing right now is modern progressive’s that can’t leave history alone. The Equal Rights Amendment or ERA was introduced in 1923 but never ratified by the 38 states needed to adopt it. In 1982, the deadline passed for ratification and it never became law. This week Dr. Duke discusses Virginia’s push to resurrect the ERA Amendment, an already dead issue.
