When visiting the healthcare.gov site, one has to wonder how the new healthcare law
places the individual in charge … especially since all citizens are forced to purchase healthcare insurance. It’s a typical bait and switch tactic that many politicians use to sell legislation, but implementation of the law yields a much different outcome.
