The Honorable Deborah Pauly, Esq., is a member of the National Council of The John Birch Society, having served on the Council since 2013. She is an attorney with the Lex Rex Institute, a constitutional advocacy organization, and holds a Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School.
A longtime public speaker and political commentator, Pauly has addressed audiences on constitutional government, public policy, and statewide ballot propositions. She is a founding board member and president emeritus of Conservative Patriots of Orange County, an organization focused on individual liberty, limited government, local control, fiscal responsibility, and free enterprise.
Pauly served two four-year terms as an elected councilwoman for the City of Villa Park, California. During her public service, she received the California Legislative Women’s Caucus Woman of the Year Award in both 2003 and 2009.
She graduated summa cum laude from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a B.S. in Mass Communications and a minor in Political Science. Pauly is also a graduate of the U.S. Defense Information School and served on active duty in the United States Air Force as a Public Affairs Specialist.
