Constitutional scholar Robert Brown lays out and dismantles the arguments for an Article V Convention and offers historical perspective regarding the 1787 Constitutional Convention. He also discusses the role of Congress and critiques the rhetoric of Article V supporters. Learn about the dangers and disadvantages of a “Con-Con,” and which solutions are working to rein in our out-of-control government.
