Questioning authority, freedom of religion, and the ability to freely speak your mind. Think of all that have died throughout history— individual people sacrificing their entire lives fighting for those rights. It’s part of what makes us American. Take for example Poland. In 1989, Poland declared itself free of communism– supposedly. Odd, because last we checked, a citizen of Poland is not allowed to criticize the president of Poland or the established churches. To do so means fines, jail time, etc.
