Senator Peter J. Durant (R-Worcester and Hampshire) introduced Senate Bill No. 539 (S.539) to prohibit requiring proof of vaccination against Covid-19 as a condition of entry. The bill is co-sponsored by Representatives Alyson M. Sullivan-Almeida (R-Plymouth), Kelly W. Pease (R-Hampden), and Steven George Xiarhos (R-Barnstable).
This measure, part of emergency-preparedness reforms, would prevent proof of vaccination or gene-alerting procedures requirements for entry to state, public buildings, schools, or private businesses. The proposed legislation would end mandates that discriminate based on vaccination status.
These mandates are part of the World Health Organization’s globalist agenda to abolish personal freedoms, mandate compliance, and control populations through health passports and surveillance. Declaring vaccination proof a “requirement” sets a dangerous precedent for further mandates on other forms of tyranny and population control.
Medical freedom is fundamental to the God-given right to life. These requirements force compliance that harms health, and imposes unwanted experimental procedures.
By enacting S.539, this bill would prevent Massachusetts from forcing citizens, businesses, and institutions from enforcing these mandates, and stop government overreach that prioritizes compliance over the well-being of Americans. Massachusetts must reject globalist medical mandates.
