Members of the Massachusetts General Court are seeking to pass HD 578, a pro-freedom bill that would protect Bay Staters from forced vaccination and discrimination based on one’s medical decisions, and ensure informed consent.
HD 578 is sponsored by Representative John Gaskey (R-Carver) If enacted, it would take multiple actions to protect medical freedom, including preventing vaccine mandates, prohibiting discrimination based on one’s medical decisions, and protecting informed consent. The bill would also create a cause of action against entities that violate the bill’s provisions.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, all levels of government blatantly disregarded the U.S. Constitution and imposed a wide range of unprecedented and totalitarian restrictions. If freedom-loving Americans are to stop the imposition of a biomedical security state, it is imperative that citizens push back, rein in these government entities, and ensure they cease to violate our constitutional liberties.
Although the Covid pandemic and its effects are largely over, the threat of medical tyranny remains, and it’s essential that our state government enact robust protections of our God-given rights — and HD 578 would be a good starting point.
Urge your state representative and senator to pass HD 578 and to robustly protect all our God-given freedoms.
Although we provide a way to easily email legislators, we know from long experience that it takes a lot more interaction with your legislators to get your point across than that provided by emails alone.
That's why we provide an easy way not only to email them, but to contact them by phone, tweet, and even video message them.
