Dr. Wolverton, who read the 26-page proposed legislation, gives a deep-dive explanation of everything that\u2019s wrong with it, and why true conservatives and guardians of the Constitution ought to oppose it \u2014 based on federalism and states\u2019 rights. Wolverton also explains how the bill would actually enable the children of illegal aliens born in the United States to vote in future elections.<\/p>
