His management experiences range from Director level positions to President\/CEO of several start-up companies in the US. He has over 25 years of experiences successfully managing and building organizations from operations to business development prior to joining the JBS staff.<\/p><p>For last several years he has provided leadership, trained and reorganized the JBS Field staff to be effective educators, influencers and motivators to fellow patriots joining the growing Freedom movement in the US and abroad.<\/p><p>Wayne first joined the JBS in the mid 70\u2019s and has been inspired ever since on the importance of our heritage to be passed on to future generations.
