DESCRIPTION:Blueprint for Liberty\, "Class 13: What is The John Birch Socie
 ty?"\n\nThis final class introduces the mission and structure of The John 
 Birch Society. It begins with the story of John Birch\, the Christian miss
 ionary and first American martyr of the Cold War\, and explains the JBS’
 s mission: less government\, more responsibility\, and — with God’s he
 lp — a better world. It highlights the Society’s nonpartisan\, educati
 onal\, and action-based structure\; its grassroots chapters\; its agenda f
 or resisting globalism\; and tools such as the JBS Bulletin\, legislative 
 alerts\, Freedom Index\, Congressional and Legislative Scorecards\, Inside
 r Report\, and The New American magazine. This class equips participants t
 o see the JBS not merely as an organization\, but as the quintessential ve
 hicle for restoring the Republic.\n\nMLK Project\, "Episode 2"\nTwo worlds
  as the purveyors of communist ideology emerged in mid-19th-century London
  and began their assault on the Christian ethic that had long undergirded 
 Western civilization. This presentation delves into the horrific consequen
 ces that followed as communism took root in Russia\, unleashing a wave of 
 devastation and human suffering.\nThe story then turns to the early 20th c
 entury\, when American communists sought to replicate this revolutionary m
 odel — just as black Americans were achieving significant social and eco
 nomic progress and racial barriers were beginning to crumble. It was a mom
 ent of hope that Marxist forces aimed to subvert and undermine\, determine
 d to redirect that progress toward their own ideological\, ungodly ends.\n
