Jon discusses how the JBS organizes and educates citizens in their neighborhoods. Success is measured locally! Jon Schrock is the proud father of 10 and devoted husband to Elizabeth. A former police officer and U.S. Marine, his unwavering spirit inspires others to strive for excellence and positive change. Jon joined the JBS in 2019, quickly became a recognized leader, and was hired as a field coordinator in May 2021. His leadership skills and drive to educate and activate others made him a natural fit for National Field Director, his newest position as of February 2024.
