Support Nullification to Enforce the Constitution
Nullification, rooted in Article VI of the U.S. Constitution, is a powerful tool for protecting our liberties and limiting the federal government. State legislators must use it to counter the far-left and unconstitutional policies currently emanating from the federal government.
Support Oklahoma Nullification Bills
Members of the Oklahoma Legislature are seeking to pass bills – including HB 1236, HB 1629, SB 18, SB 486, and SB 631 – that would nullify unconstitutional federal actions on a number of topics.
Oppose Oklahoma “National Popular Vote” House Bill 1574
Members of the Oklahoma Legislature are seeking to pass HB 1574, which would implement the “National Popular Vote” (NPV). The NPV is unconstitutional and represents an assault on our federalist and republican form of government.
Stop “Vaccine Passports” and Forced COVID-19 Vaccinations
Globalists, leftists, and the Deep State are pushing for forced vaccinations, whether through “vaccine passports” or outright government mandates. It is imperative that our leaders put an end to these schemes.
Stop Article V Convention Applications
Whether your state has previously passed and has a “live” application to Congress to call a convention to propose a balanced budget amendment (BBA) or not, your state is likely still the target of other organizations advocating for an Article V convention to propose different amendments.
Oppose Oklahoma Con-Con Resolutions
Members of the Oklahoma Legislature are seeking to pass resolutions – including SJR 22 and SJR 25 – applying to Congress to call a convention to propose amendments under Article V of the Constitution, otherwise known as a constitutional convention (Con-Con), in the 2021 legislative session.
Restore Election Integrity in the States
State legislatures must take the lead in restoring election integrity. Among other essential actions, they must increase vote-counting transparency, promote in-person voting on Election Day only, and enact strong voter ID laws.
Stop Out-of-Control State Governments!
In the name of fighting the coronavirus, state governors are ruling by decree, curtailing freedoms and ordering businesses and churches to shut down.
Tyranny of the Majority: The National Popular Vote!
The Founding Fathers gave us a constitutional Republic, not a Democracy, in order to prevent the loss of our rights and freedoms to a tyranny of the majority. The Electoral College is one of the key aspects of the Constitution for accomplishing this purpose.
Tell Your Legislators to Rescind Applications
If you live in one of the 26 states with outstanding, or “live,” applications to Congress to call a “limited” constitutional convention (Con-Con) to propose a federal Balanced Budget Amendment (BBA) to the U.S. Constitution, contact your state legislators and urge them to rescind their state’s previously passed BBA Con-Con application.
