With the known fraud that occurred in the 2020 presidential election and previous elections, it is imperative that state governments conduct forensic audits of the 2020 election and establish processes to audit future elections.

As Americans experienced, the 2020 presidential election was beset with fraud and irregularities, and voter rolls during the election are known to have been outdated. For example, Maricopa County’s audit found 74,000 unaccounted-for ballots, while a forensic audit of the Dominion machines of Antrim County, Michigan, found significant irregularities. Additionally, a Texas audit of four urban counties found that up to 11,737 non-citizens may have been registered to vote statewide. Furthermore, election fraud is not new — it has been occurring for decades prior to 2020, and hundreds of proven instances of fraud are accepted.

The November 8, 2021, TNA issue, “Covering the Coverup,” takes an in-depth look at the findings of Arizona’s audit, as well as the necessity of forensic election audits.

In addition to making substantive election law reforms, state legislators should conduct full forensic audits of the 2020 election. Furthermore, they should establish a process for conducting audits of future elections, should an investigation be requested or deemed necessary.

Multiple election experts have argued that full forensic audits are essential to verify the accuracy and integrity of election results. Unlike other investigations, a full forensic audit can answer questions such as, “‘Did only legally eligible citizens vote, and just once?’ ‘Did the voting machines accurately report all ballots received, without any changes?’ [and] ‘Did third parties illegally change or delete any legitimate ballots, or add ballots?’”

Unsurprisingly, the Democrat Party establishment opposes a full forensic audit. However, the Republican establishment has also been blocking them. In Wisconsin, Speaker Robin Vos rejected performing a forensic audit despite giving lip service to one under pressure. In Pennsylvania, GOP Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman attempted to block a forensic audit from occurring. And in Georgia, election reformers noted that the “audit” occurring in the state was “fatally flawed.”

Thus, it is imperative that patriots intensely pressure their legislators to support a full forensic audit that adequately answers the important questions surrounding the 2020 election. Furthermore, patriots should tell their legislators to create a process for forensically auditing any election that is in doubt, thus ensuring that all future elections can be trusted.

Tell your state legislators to uncompromisingly stand up for election integrity and conduct a full forensic audit.

Although we provide a way to easily email legislators, we know from long experience that it takes a lot more interaction with your legislators to get your point across than that provided by emails alone.

That's why we provide an easy way not only to email them, but to contact them by phone, tweet, and even video message them.

Contact your state legislators

Please help ensure that full forensic audits are conducted by contacting your state legislators. Urge them to enact substantive forensic audits — both for the 2020 election and future elections — that robustly examine our election results.
