The John Birch Society is dependent upon members to work with leaders within their communities and spheres of influence. Members are encouraged to create lasting relationships with leaders, educate them on relevant issues and work to accomplish the mission of The John Birch Society.

Members receive direction about campaigns as well as information from senior staff and notifications of new educational products through The JBS Bulletin, the monthly newsletter. Members are strongly encouraged to educate themselves and then to educate others. Part of that ongoing education is delivered through The New American, our twice monthly published news magazine. It delivers news regarding public policy, the motivations behind those proposing it and the consequences of the policy.

The JBS Weekly Member Update offers activism tips, new educational tools, upcoming events, and JBS perspective. Every Monday this e-newsletter will keep you informed on current action projects and offer insight into news events you won't hear from the mainstream media.
