The pace of current events has increased many fold over the past few years. People are viewing more media and it is becoming very difficult to attract and maintain the attention of the average American. DVD presentations are valuable in the cause of freedom. This is due to the fact that a lot of information can be conveyed in a very short amount of time in an entertaining fashion. These DVD presentations are very expensive and take time to produce. The issues that are being discussed today were not on the political radar nine months ago and DVDs covering a certain topic may be less impactful by the time it is published months after the fact. I would like to recommend that the John Birch Society develop short 2-5 minute high quality, entertaining, fast paced video presentations that discuss current issues. Using material from The New American and other sources, these short presentations will be able to inform viewers about important facts using graphics, news footage, and visual aids. Each presentation could begin with a quick introductory JBS trademark and end with an action summary for the viewer. Issues that can be covered by these short video presentations can include: national healthcare, cap and trade, national ID’s, nuclear energy, economics, inflation, bailouts, foreign policy, Law of the Sea Treaty, Transatlantic Network Policy, European Union, Weimar Republic, and can also include biographical sketches and historical overviews. These fast paced 2-5 minute video presentations can be uploaded to BirchTube and YouTube and can also be available for members of the John Birch Society to download to send as email attachments to others. These short video presentations can also be collected in groups and sold as DVDs at ShopJBS.org. The Insiders are quickly trying to push through their agendas. We need a quick tool to share with others to stop their socialistic objectives and high quality, fast paced, entertaining, informative video presentations will be a powerful tool in stopping the Insiders and preserving our freedom.
