Our Constitution is a dead letter to most of the scoundrels on both sides of the aisle it's like the phony 14th amendment granting birthright citizenship to illegal aliens kids if they're popped out on the side of the border, original intent is out and the Darwinists legal theory of the living document reigns supreme that's Newspeak for making it up as you go so you can foster dependency and buy votes to lock in your power.
I would be surprised if some Republicans didn't vote for it, but for the sake of argument let's say none did, the Democrats will pass it on reconciliation (nuclear option 51%) instead of the 60% super majority if they have to.
They're not going to give up on the government option because that's the whole reason for taking up the issue to begin with Obama has consistently said before he became president he wanted a single-payer nationalized system like Canada they are going to get it even if it means ramming it down our throats in some kind of 11th hour sneaky sleight-of-hand procedural maneuver.
The question is what will the American people do in the next two major election cycles because it's obvious these people can't be trusted with power they are completely out of touch and most have violated their oaths of office, I say give them all the Jonah toss! - Thomas's Pains
