I would be surprised if some Republicans didn't vote for it, but for the sake of argument let's say none did, the Democrats will pass it on reconciliation (nuclear option 51%) instead of the 60% super majority if they have to. They're not going to give up on the government option because that's the whole reason for taking up the issue to begin with Obama has consistently said before he became president he wanted a single-payer nationalized system like Canada they are going to get it even if it means ramming it down our throats in some kind of 11th hour sneaky sleight-of-hand procedural maneuver.
