If you own residential realestate, especially your own housing, The "REEP" section can at any change of life circumnstances, make your property un-saleable, and ownership be transfered to the banks owned by the already out of control Federal Government the same banks that hold your mortage. I encourage any citizen of this country to meet with an accountant, have the accountant give you a cost sales analysis, assume a job change, not of your choice, a retirement to more affordable housing. The average american moves every seven years, your property will move into an estate sometime down the road, pay for this analysis, the results will make you go straight to Washington and voice your opinion. THE "REEP" PROVISION MAKES ALL PRIVATE PROPERTY TRANSFERABLE ONLY TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. I donot subscribe to conspiracy theories. I challenge all Americans to take this CAP N TRADE serious.
