Are you required by law to answer all the questions on the 2010 Census forms? What are the potential fines if you decide not to?
Article 1, Section 2 of the Constitution of the United States requires that an "enumeration" shall be conducted every ten years "in a manner as [Congress] shall by law direct." The 14th Amendment to the Constitution states that the enumeration shall consist of "counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed."

Can the largest debtor nation in the history of mankind remain immune from the type of austerity measures imposed on less prominent borrowers by the International Monetary Fund (IMF)? Americans will learn the answer to this question before the year is out.
On February 18th, President Obama made good on his 2010 State of the Union speech pledge to create by executive order a “National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform.” The Commission is required to present its recommendations for improving the solvency of the United States government by “no later than December 1, 2010.”

The chairman emeritus of The Council on Foreign Relations, Peter Peterson would like to control your new mandatory savings account and president Obama is doing his best to accommodate him.
In his State of the Union address on January 27th, president Obama announced that he would be forming by executive order a biparitsan budget commission. On February 18th, he made good on that pledge. In his address to the nation, the president said this commission would be patterned on the one envisioned in legislation introduced by senators Conrad and Gregg that had been defeated in the U.S. Senate just the day before. However, the commission envisioned by Conrad and Gregg was actually the brainchild of billionaire Wall Street insider Peter Peterson and the foundation bearing his name.

Members of the producing sector of our country came, saw and got the job done. Exceeding the expectations of the loose association of organizers, the 9-12 Tea Party Rally in Washington on Saturday delivered over 100,000 people to the the steps of our Capitol building. The DC mashup was a huge emotional energizer for anyone who has advocated for smaller government over the last half a century. It could go down as the freedom movement's Woodstock, without the mud and trash and misbehavoir, but with the wild exaggerations of how many people were actually there.

Governor Mitch Daniels was given an opinion piece slot in the Wall Street Journal yesterday to lecture other states about how to "reset" their state governments to deal with the new financial reality they all face.
No question a new reality exists, but we know gov Daniels article is a put up job by the friends of the WSJ corporate newsletter. Why, because of all the praise given governor Daniels for getting his state's finances in order, including having $1 billion in the bank account, they left out the small detail of Daniels having pushed through the 2006 sale of the Indiana Toll Road on a 75 year lease to a Spanish consortium for $3.6 billion.

Or a Jew or a Christian, or the Easter Bunny. He is the latest premier spokesman and rubber stamp administrator for the world's most powerful crime syndicate. This crime syndicate, or Conspiracy, as we dared to call it in The John Birch Society, is amoral. Any affinity it shows from time to time to a particular religious faith is only to further its own ends. It acknowledges no higher power other than that which its members, they themselves, might obtain through force or fraud.
Just as the crime syndicate's syndicated propagandists and faith-based consiglieres where paid to promote the supposed Christianity of the former occupant of the White House, they are now being paid to promote the supposed affinity towards the Muslim faith of the current White House occupant. To understand how big of a lie the Obama is Muslim appeaser meme is, let's look at the score.
Since Obama was enthroned, tens of thousands more non-Muslim soldiers are being deployed in Afghanistan to subjugate the Muslim population in that region. The are not peacekeepers. They are occupiers. They are being sent to prop up the Conspiracy's Kabul based satrap led by Hamid Karzai. They are not keeping mythical crazed Afghan terrorists off the streets of the United States. At best, they are helping to regulate which lower level crime bosses and drug lords operating in the area are allowed access to US markets.
